Gajah Mada Uniform ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect when you use the Gajah Mada Uniform website (www.gajahmadauniform.com) and the Gajah Mada Uniform mobile app, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number and shipping or billing address when you create an account, place an order or contact us. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
- Order information. The products you buy, order history and delivery details.
- Device and usage information. Technical details such as your IP address, device type, operating system, browser, and the pages you visit, collected so the site and app work properly and so we can improve them.
- Push notification token (mobile app). If you allow notifications, the app registers a notification token for your device with Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) and with our e-commerce platform provider, so we can send you order updates and promotions. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
2. How we use your information
- To process and deliver your orders and manage your account
- To send order status updates and, if you choose, news and promotions
- To answer your questions and provide customer support
- To keep our services secure and working, and to improve them
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with service providers who help us run the store:
- Payment processors, to take payment
- Shipping and logistics partners, to deliver your order
- Our e-commerce platform provider, which hosts the store and app
- Google Firebase, to deliver push notifications
These providers may only use your information to provide their service to us.
4. Your choices and rights
- Review or update your account details at any time.
- Opt out of promotional messages through the unsubscribe link, or by turning off notifications on your device.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us at the address below.
5. Cookies
The website and in-app store use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart and understand how the store is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.
6. Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Children
Our products include school uniforms, but our store and app are intended for use by adults, such as parents and guardians, placing orders. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
